Overview

RFF's Federal Climate Policy Toolkit is a series of explainers designed to provide a comprehensive overview of the different climate policy tools that federal policymakers can or do use to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the United States. The series begins with a review of general policy instruments that are relevant to climate policy, and continues by discussing options to cover individual economic sectors or the entire economy.

The explainers, listed below, were also adapted as articles in issue 207 of Resources magazine.
